  Let me introduce myself! My name is Ashley Griggs, I am a Certified Massage Therapist in my home state of California. I recently graduated from Chico Massage School in Chico, CA. Some of my education includes learning the Human Anatomy, Muscular System & modalities like Swedish, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Spa, Sports, basic Prenatal Massage and more. Along with 100+ clinic hours in school, I have been practicing since my graduation in May 2023.

  As a Massage Therapist, I enjoy offering a holistic approach to wellness and creating a healing environment. I am passionate about helping restore the Mind-Body connection & I believe almost everyone can benefit from massage whether it’s for relaxation or accomplishing wellness goals. In my free time some of my hobbies include hiking, kayaking, fishing and spending time in the garden.
